Ivybot is a tease. When there is a strong trend it seems to do well, but in the up & down market it seems to lose.

I had much better luck with the “scalper” settings. Easier to get 20 pips than 80 pips.

I think this EA is a near miss that could really benefit from some major optimization.

Not bad. The success rate is just around 50%, but the risk seems well controlled here. So, this robot doesn’t offer too much performance, but at least the risks are much lower than on other robots I tested. On the long term the robot seems profitable, so I’ll give it 4 stars.

At this point, IvyBot made me money in 10 trades, and lost money in 11. The total profit is just $11, so nothing to be glad or desperate about.

The major problem with IvyBot is that its scalper settings don’t work. Scalping is dead, and this guys from IvyBot should know it better.
On my demo account IvyBot was great, but on my real account it’s losing money. I give up on this one.

IvyBot seems to be a decent robot. When it came out, people were claiming this was an outstanding robot with a terrific performance. I never had that miraculous performance. Now that I see lots of folks complaining about it, I still have the same performance. IvyBot is a profitable system. It loses money in some weeks, but it never had any large drawdown here.
