first of all,i would say that its a good ea,having used it on my live account with default settings,made me close to 5000k in a month,yea sure…,but the bad part of this ea is that no stop loss,it doesnt really know when to get out of a bad trade..
Wish the developers could work on that,..it trades only on eur/usd M1 time frame and 90% accurate.
Id recommend that if u have an open trade with this ea for more than 24hrs,better close it or else..BAAAAAANG….UR OUT cold on the streets or else u have 100,000k to play around with.

It really works and makes u money,just close any trade still open after 24hrs appx.

I’ve been using Forex Autopilot for over a year, and I still make money wiht it. The recent upgrades were welcome and now Forex Autopilot is even better. This one has been my best trading robot, so I believe it’s a great choice, but it’s necessary to be careful and to paper trade it for awhile in order to understand how the system works.

Forex Autopilot is risky for sure. If you use it on a $500-$1000 account you’ll be headed for a margin call easily. However this system is not designed for tiny accounts. It’s designed for those that have at least $5000 and even there you should trade accordingly by using small leverage. For those, Forex autopilot is a great robot. It has an amazing success rate, and still works.

Waste of money, could not get it to operate, very poor customer support. When I requested my money back I got no response. DONT BUY

For me Forex Autopilot remains the best robot on the market. I’d like to see an upgrade with a reduced stop loss, but the performance we have here is unmatched by any other robot I purchased.

IMO, Autopilot is a great robot. It’s risky since it doesn’t use a stop loss, but when it works well, it can double an account in 1 or 2 weeks.

First the guy who says his name is Andy isn’t, he is an actor. So don’t believe any thing else you are told either. However it does work to an extent, provide you get the settings right, it seems to pick the right trades, BUT it has no stop loss and does NOT know when to cut its loses on a loosing trade. Which it will hang on to for weeks if neccessary. But two things: if you increase theMaxOrders to 3, then it will open more trades while it hangs on to the loser. But you then need to decrease lot size to compensate. I’ve got it, testing now, but seems to show good results so far. It certainly stops the runaway losses. With this “Stop Loss Watchdog”, first day I put it on Forex Autopilot and set MaxOrders to 5, it made over £800 GBP in the first day last week on my demo account. However I’ll give it a good run before I put it on a live account.

One of the most profitable and risky EA’s I use. This system makes money but you need to use it on a decent account (with at least $3k) and acknowledge this one can double your account or destroy it in less than a month. In my case, I like Autopilot. I use it in one account only. And since I have other systems in other accounts, I can deal with the risk.

IMHO Forex Autopilot is a good system. It’s risky and doesn’t work on all currencies, but on the right currencies and we are in a good market, this one makes more money than most. While I only use Forex Autopilot on a small account, I believe this is exactly the way we should handle different robots. Spread your money across multiple accounts and use 1 robot on each account. For this purpose, Forex Autopilot works well.

I tested Forex Autopilot for months. At first, the system started with great profits but unfortunately, it lost all the profits in a bad week. I used the default inputs, maybe that was the problem. While I believe the system can be good for some people, it wasn’t good for me.

I’m another person who has never been involved in money trade. However, since I have more time to read about this tool I find that really works. At the beginning when I ran my first demo of $5000 I noticed I was losing big time.

What was the consequences: Setting wrong lot size, placing stop/loss of 15 pips, and take profit 200.

So I followed the instruction one more time by Marcus Leary and by reading other experts that some of them suggest to do it the following way:

If running $5,000 set the properties in the input tab:

Lots: 0.5 (Not 1, you will lose big time)
Take Profit: 20.0
Stop Loss: 0.00 (even some suggest to place a # I would leave it as it is)
Slip page: 3

And set the chart on M1 and I’m only playing on EUR/USD and GBPUSD.

Right now I have 2 different Meta Trader Platform on Demo account and both so far I’m getting an average profit of $2,500.00 profit since Dec 17, 2008.

The only question is, should it work as other trader has earn on live account? I would let you know when I get there.

Remember you may hear different opinion which you can try, but personally this is how I’m running now.

I’m using Forex Autopilot for months and the system works. You just need to give it room to avoid being stopped out of winning trades. The system is profitable if you use it well.

Forex Autopilot works well. I use it on EUR/USD and EUR/JPY. I use 5 minutes and 15 minutes charts and only trade between 13-18 GMT. I close any open position at that time.

I have FAPS but don’t seem to get the settings right. Simple enough to use but don’t seem to be making the money you guys are doing. Also, can everyone be more open with their settings and the pairs that they trade? I promise you that I won’t make your money but would like to make the markets money. After all… I will want to take the same position as you.

The program worked great at first. Then it would make some questionable trades only going long in a down trend. After a while it would make bad trades.
I let it run on a demo account which eventually bankrupted it.
Don’t run this software on a real account unless you see for yourself what it does on a demo account!

I opened a mini account for $500 and have made already in one week $316.20. This system is what it says it is. Marcus Leary has invented a clear winner.

It works well for me. For those who call it “high risk”, you shouldn’t be trading Forex, since this is a high risk market.

Forex Autopilot has been working well. Once I changed it’s default inputs, I’ve been making almost $3000 monthly.

Good support and good system. The stop loss is high but we can reduce it so I don’t see much of a problem with it.

Autopilot is a powerful system. The backtest shows this system has been making money for a long time, so I believe I’ll be able to make money with it in the future.

I have bought it and it is a shit. The internet is full with this software. Daily 250 pips that’s right, but the end of week is negative. I have lost 5000 on demo account in two weeks.

Piece of junk. It runs right past the stops and doesn’t look back. I am thankful I tried this on a demo account. It won twice for 40 pips then lost twice for 268 pips, after that it never made another trade for 4 weeks. I got tired of wasting electricity and turned it off. I ask for a refund on their answering machine, but never got a reply.

Forex Autopilot works and is a complete trading solution for me. For those who can’t make money with it, why don’t you join FAP Winner or at least make serious backtests with the system? Autopilot works but it can’t make the entire job for you.

It seems the default setting do not have a stop loss and it is very risky if the things go wrong. We see that some of the people here say they are making profit, that’s good.
Is there anybody here who can share the winning settings ?

This product is not the one… I just lost hundreds of dollars with Forex Autopilot, and the customer service is terrible, there’s an answering machine that answers the phone every time you call, and says to leave a message, that never returns your call… Take my word for it do or purchase this trash!!! You’ll be sorry if you do… You have been dully warned!!!!!!

After installing program with a 5k demo account, within a month, down to 1.4k, I contacted customer service….no response….email address – incorrect. I don’t see how this could be the “best” both software and their customer service sucks…please save your money.

Forex Autopilot is the best. It has been making me around $1800 monthly on my small account. I just made some small changes on the inputs, and the software has been working well. For those who don’t like the system, they should test it and improve it if they expect to make money automatically.

I am now on the third version of this product.. The product settings right out the box will give you severe drawdowns.. In order to use the product right you must either experiment and use the tester to test many different settings to get it right Or you can purchase and ADD ON from Charles III (who has a post below). Once Charles’ settings are entered then at least the EA does start to take good trades, BUT if a trend goes against a position you already have open the EA will NOT close the position and will hold onto it forever. On July 3rd the market took a big reversal. The EA went negative for over 300 pips. The EA still didn’t close the trade.. I lost over $1000 in the demo account. And still today (15th july) the EA has not closed the position or got back into profit.. That’s almost 2 weeks that it has held a losing position. The Company position on that is that the EA will close all losing trades at the END of the month and start over.. I found and EA PROTECTOR at another site that now sits on a separate chart that watches the trades and will close out any bad ones.. The Autopilot EA also seems to favor only BUY trades.. For the last several days Eur/Jpy has been in a downtrend and Autopilot continues to open only BUY trades.. Good thing I found the EA protector as it kept me from going in yet another drawdown.. As with everything would you recommend this EA to your mother or family. I can not….. Sorry Marcus.. Try again..

I’ve done manual trading for several years now but also look at robots from time to time, simply because none of us can be planted in front of a PC for 5 1/2 days and watch every tick.

So I bought FAPS (Forex AutoPilot). I skip over all the “hype” as it seems everyone selling makes millions in no times – which is rubbish – but wanted to give FAPS an honest go.

I loaded it onto my demo account and promptly LOST 30K in 6 days. Nice start… Not. And what I see as it’s main fault, is that it has no stop loss, nor does it have any AI (intelligence) that I can see in the code… Meaning, they’ll argue that the reason for no S/L is that their program is “smart” – well – for 2 reasons I can state factually, it does NOT work and is NOT intelligent – and have gone back to manual trading to recover my losses.

Now, for those of you saying it wasn’t live, you’re right. I did “gamble” more than I would with a live account. HOWEVER, I DID place it on a live account for 3 weeks… and today is my last day – as it just busted me out…

Look, it did over 50 trades in 2 weeks that were 20 pip gainers… I’m good with that – and think ANY robot (or idiot in front of a screen) can do the same – just watch your eyes/screen.

Where FAPS FAILS is that it BUYS at ALL TIME HIGHS – I had just made a tidy 90 pip profit manually trading EUR/USD (live account) and was trading on news. Right at the peak (ALL TIME HIGH FOR 2008 as of July) F****** FAPS Autopilot jumps in and BUYS – of course the TREND, NEWS, and MARKET are all predicting a drawdown – WHICH IT DID. But this happened while I was asleep (London market opens at 1 a.m. my time) so imagine my shock/horror to go to bed with 90 pips in the bank and wake up to a 130 pips MARGIN CALL that virtually wiped out my CASH LIVE account.

Now please understand: FOREX = HUGE RISK! I know this and can handle the loss. WHAT PISSES ME OFF is no stop loss (or their “intelligent stop loss”) did not kick in. It wasn’t “smart enough” to realize an all time high (so never should have placed a BUY there in the 1st place) and second, is if I had a 30 pip S/L (or whatever you choose to use) I’d probably still be using their product – LOL – NOT!

I have my trader account open right now – and FAPS has in the past 72 hours placed 20 TRADES FOR ME. Of those 20 – 17 are LOSERS – and well beyond 50-100 pips in the hole – and 3 were 20 pip winners…

Yes, the market is shaky. Yes FOREX = RISK. But could I have done better with either a sound S/L in place – or manually trading? BY FAR.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. FAPS is a joke. What good is to “make money” on a few trades – just to be wiped out by 200:1 no stop loss strategy?

I’ll add this too. ALL THE DOWLOAD FILES ARE CORRUPT – and after 4 days, got another version of it from the vendor.

The PDF documents are TERRIBLE and also corrupt. I had to convert them all several times just to read.

If you trade 5 decimal – READ THE (corrupt) PDF FILE/MANUAL – as you have to change EVERY thing – otherwise you are in BIG trouble as everything will be 10% more ( .0004 vs. 00004).

Lastly – THE INSTALL VIDEO is pretty good – but the “guy” on the video says you can try it (FAPS) on ALL currency pairs – but the site or whoever makes FAPS says just EUR/USD. EITHER WAY, my “bankrupt” moment happened on EUR/USD – and the few wins I had were with JPY – yet they are getting killed today…..

I am going to request my 60 day refund today – we’ll see if they honor it…

Forex Autopilot is a great auto-system. For those who aren’t making money with it, try to test the system on different time frames and pairs.

Which one are you using? Is it profit stream advisor, or one of the others that comes with Autopilot?

I’ve had the system for about a month. Sometimes it buys too high and you can see the chart is going down and loose a bit ,so you will have to watch it. It will pass the margin. I’ve had lucky days and sometimes no recovery from a big loss.

It has been gaining about 500 to a 1000 a week pretty good looks like it uses hedging. I have been using the profit stream adviser seems to work good for me on all pairs, for you other guys that are using it which EA are you using? I know it came with like 8 but I’m only using one.

Forex Autopilot has been working extremely well for me. I tested it deeply with different trading lots, and I found that it’s better to trade with 1 lot to avoid major drawdowns.

This system is outstanding. It’s simple to use and makes money.

I always wanted to day trade Forex but I have no time or knowledge to do it. That’s why I decided to give FAPS a try. The software made me 117% in less than 2 months so I give it 5 stars.

I have been using FAP for an extended period of time,and I can say without hesitation that it is one of the best programs that I have ever used. In terms of use, it is truly an almost “set and forget” system. It automatically buys and sells, so you are not required to monitor it. I personally have made in excess of 66% in 2 weeks, with a starting capital of $300.25. My only caveat is NOT to use the original settings of the system. Additionally, the customer service is pretty bad.

Excellent program for people who do not have any knowledge of the Forex markets or no time to sit in front of their computer 24 hours a day. I am a seasoned forex investor with 10 years profitable experience. I had been making a return of up to 100% per month with months of up to 25% drawdown while traded full-time sitting most of my sixteen waking hours in front of my laptop or pda. My average returns were about 50% year. I have been testing the new robot which trades for me ie Forex Autopilot during the last twelve months and it has given me a return of 50% during this time without me having to spend anytime at all on the laptop or pda or having to monitor the news or markets.

That is why I would say it is not so beneficial for professionals day traders who have the time to sit on the computers all day and night although it has internal parameters where even professional full-time traders can adjust to suit their particular trading system. Various parameters like take profit, stop loss and trailing stop loss are adjustable according to professional traders system.

However for absolute novices and beginners it comes with default settings to use on EUR/USD 1 minute chart which they can leave and as per my experience achieve easily a conservative 50% return per year. On a investment of $10000/- I suggest you leave the default setting to 1 standard lot. However if you would like to start lower change the default to 0.1 for an investment of $1000/- ie a mini lot through your broker. Any lower to a micro lot I think is just a game and you may as well try this robot on a free demo account until you feel confident with the results to at least trade a mini lot.

F.A.P.S. is an outstanding collection. The systems have some drawdowns but are extremely effective so far. I’m using just one of the systems on a small account and I made $481 last week.
